Your attitudes towards your success are more important than your intellegence.Either you are at your home or at your institute practice positive attitude. Try to see the reasons why you can do it, not the reasons why you can't do it. Try to develope winning attitude. Put your intelligence to creative positive use. Use your mind to find ways to win, and not to worry that you will lose.
The ability to think is of much great value than the ability to memorise facts. While learning your subjects do not merely memorise the facts but pay more attention to conceptual understanding. Use your mind to creat and develop ideas, to find new and better ways to do things.
